kikrya Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kikrya platform and all services under it. When you open an account on kikrya, access the platform, or use any service, you are considered to have accepted every provision of these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an inseparable part of these Terms.

kikrya operates an online gaming and betting platform for Bangladeshi users. The platform offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and a variety of other gaming options.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on kikrya and use any gaming service. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request documents for age verification at any time. kikrya reserves the right to cancel any account registered using false information at any time.

2.2 Registration Terms

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

• You must provide your real name and national identity details accurately.
• You must provide an active, personal mobile number that is not used on any other kikrya account.
• You must provide a valid email address.
• Your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) must be registered in your own name.
• If any of the information you have provided changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

kikrya primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access to our platform may not be possible from certain countries or regions. It is entirely your responsibility to confirm that online gaming is legally permitted where you reside.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your kikrya account username and password confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account — including betting, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. kikrya will not be held liable for any loss caused by third-party use, unless it can be proven that the loss was due to our own negligence.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit funds into your kikrya account using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposit transactions are generally reflected in your account instantly.
• If you have any issue with a payment, notify our support team along with the transaction reference number.
• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes.
• Withdrawals will generally be made to the same payment account from which the deposit was made.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals will only be processed once the following conditions are met:

• The account must have completed full verification (KYC).
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• There must be sufficient balance in the account.
• Withdrawals will be approved only if there is no ongoing investigation or suspension.

kikrya reserves the right to temporarily delay or put on hold any withdrawal for verification purposes or for security reasons.

4.3 Account Balance

Funds held in your kikrya account are non-interest-bearing. No interest or profit is paid on the account balance. If any funds are mistakenly credited to your account due to a technical error on the platform, we have the right to reclaim them.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kikrya offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Our current welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until you have placed bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Different contribution rates may apply for specific games when meeting the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus can only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• kikrya reserves the right to cancel a bonus and all winnings earned from it if the bonus terms are violated.
• kikrya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on kikrya are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely impartial and fair results. The outcome of each game is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.

We work with the world's leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. These providers operate games in accordance with international standards.

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game or exploiting technical errors is prohibited.
• In situations arising from a system or technical error in any game, kikrya reserves the right to void or review the relevant bet.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, kikrya's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited using your kikrya account:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Systematic betting or "bonus abuse" with the intent of unfairly exploiting bonus benefits.
• Attempting to verify an account using fake identity documents or false information.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in fraud, threats, or harassment toward other users.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using stolen payment methods.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, kikrya reserves the right to immediately and permanently close the relevant account and confiscate deposited funds. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kikrya may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect registration information.
• Failure to submit verification documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance before the account is closed, unless an investigation or dispute is ongoing.

9 Responsible Gaming

kikrya takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment — we are committed to ensuring it never becomes a cause of financial hardship or mental stress.

You are granted limited permission to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use. This permission is non-transferable and we may withdraw it at any time.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kikrya will not be liable for the following:

• Indirect losses caused by technical errors or service disruptions on the platform.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or deliberate actions.
• Issues caused by the failure of third-party networks or payment providers.
• Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen technical disruptions.

We make every effort to provide a reliable service, however we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for necessary maintenance or upgrades.

13 Changes to Terms

kikrya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you in a timely manner via the platform or at your registered email address.

If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms have been published, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
